The Cookery is “where cooking class meets dinner party” in the Dallas Arts District. It focuses on regional and international cuisine, and the friendly instructors help their students prepare a delicious three or four-course meal. The classes frequently change and may include Un “Pho” Gettable, Barcelona Nights, and Caribbean Vacation.
Sur La Table
It was in 1972 when Sur La Table opened in Seattle. Before long, it was known for its culinary tools from around the world and the knowledgeable staff who enjoys chatting with customers. Today, there are dozens of locations across the country, and in addition to offering cookware, they also feature cooking classes that are both fun and informative. They’re taught in state-of-the-art kitchens by skilled instructors who provide tips that make cooking easier, and everyone can take samples home. Options may include Fresh Mexican Cooking, Global Grilling, and A Love for Seafood.
The Central Market is where visitors can taste exceptional food and discover new flavors. It’s known as a foodie haven, and during the cooking classes, students sharpen their knife skills and learn cutting-edge culinary techniques. They’re taught by featured instructors and visiting celebrity chefs and include Bistro Classics, Southwestern Grill, and Japanese Steakhouse.
